2. If you don’t have quail eggs, you can use chicken eggs instead. But quail eggs is more favorable for sure.

Cored the black dates. Wash longan and honey date.

Simmer quail eggs until cooked. Remove the eggs shell. Put quail eggs, black dates, honey dates, and longan into a stew pot. Add water and bring to a boil.

Then simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Add salt for seasoning. Serve.
