Tips

1. Cus lean pork into thick slices to ensure it is juicy inside, otherwise, the pork slice will be tough and less juicy.

2. Add chicken powder for the best flavor. However, for an original fresh flavor, no need to add chicken powder.

Wash lean pork and cut into thick slices. Blanch into hot water until cooked. Clean lean pork and cut into thick slices.

Soak white fungus into the water until soft, then tear into small pieces. Remove the seed of honeydew melon and cut into chunks. Wash and clean honey dates.

Add water to a stewpot, bring to a boil. Add all ingredients into the stewpot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Then use low heat to stew for 2-3 hours. Add salt based on personal taste. Serve.
