- 150g glutinous rice
- 150g rice
- rose sauce
- vegetable oil
Add glutinous rice and rice into a food processor. Blender into powder. Remove to a bowl. Set aside.
Gradually add water into the rice powder mixture while stirring. Do not add too much water, add water until all rice powder is wet and not to be a paste.
Brush round mold with a layer of thin oil. Scoop and stuff with the rice powder.
Add some water to the pot, bring to a boil. Steam the mold for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and take out the mold.
Remove the cake from the mold with a toothpick. Spread the rose sauce on the cake. Serve.
