To make a sweet and sour Cheese Blueberry Mixture Green Tea, we mixed strawberries and blueberry to add a special sweetness. After blending with green tea, we added more strawberries as the fruit that can be eaten while drinking.

Tips

1. Blueberry plays the role of flavoring ingredients in this fruit tea. Strawberry is still the main ingredients because strawberry is bigger than blueberry and have better taste.

2. Blueberry has a little sour taste, compared with other fruit tea, add more sugar or fructose syrup to balance the sour taste.

3. Add more cheese if you like its flavor. For salty cheese top, refer to cream cheese top recipe.

Add 150ml green tea, 45ml fructose syrup into a shaker. Add ice cubes until reach 500ml.

Pour into a smoothie blender. Add 25g strawberry jam, 5 strawberries, and 5 blueberries. Blend into a smoothie.

Add 3 strawberries into the blender, blend for 6 seconds.

Pour into a drinking cup. Add cheese top. Serve.
