Fresh Lime and Kumquat Juice Recipe

This ice juice is best for a hot summer. To well-balanced sweetness and sour, we settled to orange juice and lemon juice, which bring a light freshness. After crushing lime and kumquat, simply pouring into juice mixture. A light sweet and sour juice is ready to serve.

Tips

1. Crush lime and kumquat to enable its juice mix with orange juice mixture.

2. The juice would be sour, adjust the amount of fructose syrup or sugar according to preference.

3. Add salty cheese top if you desire.

Add 1/2 lime and 3 kumquat to the drinking cup. Crush both lime and kumquat with a spoon until juice come out.

Add 40ml fructose syrup, 225ml water, 25ml orange juice, and 5 ml lemon juice into a shaker. Use a spoon to stir until mix well.

Add ice cubes until 700ml. Shake for 10 seconds.

Pour into the drinking cup. Serve.
