Spicy Chili Powder Dipping Sauce Recipe

Tips

1. Make sure oil smokes before pouring into the chili powder. Only hot oil can slightly cook the chili powder with no worries about burnt.

2. Use fried and crushed peanut for a better flavor and taste.

Add white sesame to the pot. Stir-fry until aromatic. Microwave peanut until cooked. Put the chili powder into a bowl.

Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon peppercorns powder. Stir and mix well.
