- 5 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Sichuan peppercorns powder
- 2 tablespoon peanuts
- 1.5 tablespoons white sesame
- 1/2 bowl oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Add white sesame to the pot. Stir-fry until aromatic. Microwave peanut until cooked. Put the chili powder into a bowl.
Add white sesame and cooked peanut into the chili powder.
Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon peppercorns powder. Stir and mix well.
Add 1/2 bowl of oil to the pot. Heat the oil until oil slightly smokes. Turn off the heat.
