Flower Shape Lotus Paste Pancake Recipe
This pancake is similar to moon cake. It has crispy skin outside and a soft paste stuffing inside. The pancake is a must-have snack in some of the Chinese festival.

20g lotus paste
- When cutting the pancake, do not cut too deep or the pancake may after roasting.
- You can replace lotus paste with black sesame paste for a different flavor.
For dough 1, pour flour into a circle. Add sugar, lard and water in the middle area. Stir in flour powder, mix well to make a dough.
Use plastic wrap to cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
For dough 2, mix well flour and lard.
