- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 piece ginger
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Peel garlic and ginger. Wash and mince into pieces.
Add minced garlic and ginger into a bowl. Add light soy sauce, white vinegar, sesame oil. Mix well. Serve as a dipping sauce.
