- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon white wine
- 10 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon white sesame
Put red fermented bean curd in a bowl. Use a spoon to crush into a paste.
Add 10 tablespoons of cold water and stir to make a paste.
Pour the red fermented bean curd paste into the wok and bring it to a boil.
Season with sugar and white wine. Top with white sesame. Stir well to make a dipping sauce.
