Ginseng Root Snow Pear Black Chicken Soup Recipe
Because of the ginseng root, this black chicken soup has a strong supplement effect. With adding snow pear, it neutralizes the bitter taste of ginseng and turns it into a deep, strong meaty taste with chicken.
500g black chicken
250g snow pear
20g ginseng root
20g honey dates
1. Cut snow pear into large pieces, so that you can eat pear after stewing. Too small pieces may almost dissolve after stewing.
2. Cut ginseng root into thin slices to make sure its nutrition can fully dissolve into the soup.
Wash and chop the black chicken into pieces.
Core snow pear and cut into pieces. Rinse ginseng and honey jujube with water.
Add water to a pot. Bring to boil, then add all food ingredients to stew for 2 hours. Stew over a low fire. Serve.
