- 1 tablespoon white sesame
- 5 garlic
- 1 tablespoon Sichuan pepper

- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1/3 bowl oil

Steps
1 Done 5 minutes | Remove the seed of dried red chilies, chopped into small pieces. Peel garlic and mince into pieces. |
2 Done 5 minutes | Add minced garlic and dried red chilies into a bowl. Add salt, Sichuan pepper powder, light soy sauce, and white sesame and mix well. |
3 Done 5 minutes | Add 10 tablespoons oil to a wok. Heat oil until hot. Stir in the hot oil to chili mixture. Mix well. Serve as a dipping sauce. |
