- 200g chives
- 100g shrimp
- 2 eggs
- 10ml cooking wine
- Do not use high heat to fry eggs and shrimps. Use low heat to fry until solidify to eggs are tender.
- After adding chives, you should high heat to stir-fry until cooked. Remove from heat immediately.
Wash chives and cut into strips. Wash the shrimps and put them in a bowl. Beat in the eggs and mix well.
Add oil and preheat the pot. Pour into shrimp egg mixture, fry until solidify. Add cooking wine, put chives and stir-fry until chives become aromatic.
Try the taste and add salt. Stir well and serve hot.
