Tips:
- Do not use high heat to fry eggs and shrimps. Use low heat to fry until solidify to eggs are tender.
- After adding chives, you should high heat to stir-fry until cooked. Remove from heat immediately.

Wash chives and cut into strips. Wash the shrimps and put them in a bowl. Beat in the eggs and mix well. |
