- 500g quail
- 20g red dates
- 20g white fungus
- 15g honey dates
Remove quail hairs, organs, then wash and clean.
Soak white fungus into the water until soft. Then tear into small pieces. Core red dates. Wash and clean red dates.
Add water to a pot. Boil and add all the ingredients above. Stew over low heat for 2 hours. Season with salt and chicken powder. Enjoy!
