- 750g pork trotter
- 100g soybeans
- 50g shiitake mushroom
- 2 ginger slices
Wash and clean pork trotter, cut into small pieces. Blanch into boiling water until cooked.
Soak soybeans into the water for 30 minutes, then rinse and clean. Soak mushrooms in clean water until soft. Remove the stem and cut it into pieces.
Add water to a skillet. Bring to a boil, then add all ingredients. Stew over a small fire for 2 hours. Add salt based on personal taste. Serve.
