- 750g pork trotter
- 100g soybeans
- 50g shiitake mushroom
- 2 ginger slices

Tips
1. You can use a pressure cooker to reduce the cooking time and make pork trotter softer.
2. Use dried shiitake mushroom for a more aromatic soup, but for using fresh shiitake mushroom, the mushroom can be smooth and tender after stewing.
Steps
1 Done 10 minutes | Wash and clean pork trotter, cut into small pieces. Blanch into boiling water until cooked. |
2 Done 40 minutes | Soak soybeans into the water for 30 minutes, then rinse and clean. Soak mushrooms in clean water until soft. Remove the stem and cut it into pieces. |
3 Done 120 minutes | Add water to a skillet. Bring to a boil, then add all ingredients. Stew over a small fire for 2 hours. Add salt based on personal taste. Serve. |
