Tips
1. When cooking the four, make sure the water is boiling and hot enough to make the four cooked. And keep stirring when adding the flour to make sure it is fully mixed.
2. You can add less sugar if you don’t want to be too sweet.

Steps
5 minutes | Add water, carrot juice, and sugar into a pot. Bring to a boil. Add wheat flour and flour into the pot. |
5 minutes | When flour is cooked, remove it to a work surface. Allow to cool and add lard into the dough. Knead until mix well. |
5 minutes | Continue to knead until smooth and tender. |
5 minutes | Divide the dough into small doughs, about 30g each. Divide the bean paste into 20g each. |
5 minutes | Use palm of hand to flatten the dough. Then use the flat dough to wrap the bean paste. |
5 minutes | Make the doughs into the shape of buns. Press into the mold. |
5 minutes | Remove the doughs from the mold. |
10 minutes | Place the doughs into a steamer. Use high heat to steam for 6 minutes. Serve. |
