Coriander and Fresh Shrimp Bun Recipe

15g baking powder
75g carrot juice
7g chicken powder
1. Make sure to let the dough rest for 20 to 30 minutes before cutting into small doughs. This method is the key to make bun taste tender.
2. Use streaky pork as the stuffing. It makes buns juicer.
Mix baking powder and flour. Then flour on a clean work surface. Make it into a circle. Add yeast, sugar, carrot juice, and water in the middle area of the circle.
Stir until sugar melt. Stir in flour mixture.
Knead until the dough become smooth and fine.
Use a plastic wrapper to wrap the dough. Let it rest for 25 minutes.
Cut the dough into small doughs, about 30g each.
Mince pork, shrimp, and coriander. Then mix all stuffing ingredients into a bowl. Stir and make it into the stuffing.
Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough into fat and thin dough. Set aside.
Use the flat dough to wrap the stuffing.
Make it into bun’s shape.
Place the buns into a steamer. Use high heat to steam for 8 minutes. Serve.
