- 25 duck eggs
- 300g kosher Salt
- 350ml liquor (High-alcohol)
Wash duck eggs. Dry the eggs in the sun.
Add water and kosher salt to a skillet. Bring to a boil. After cooling, pour into high-alcohol liquor.
Put all duck eggs into a jar. Pour into saltwater until cover all duck eggs. Cover and place at a dry, cool and ventilated place for 30 days. Serve with porridge or rice or any dish you like.
