- 50g fresh osmanthus flower
- 500ml high-alcohol liquor
- white sugar
- rock sugar
Remove pedicel of fresh osmanthus flower. Add a little white sugar and mix well. Place in a dry, cool, ventilated place for marinating overnight.
Add more sugar into osmanthus flowers. Mix well and continue to marinate for 5 hours.
Add osmanthus and rock sugar into a jar. And then pour into the high-alcohol liquor. Cover and seal. Store it in a dry and cool place for 1 year. Serve when you need.
