Tips

1. Frying fish with ginger can effectively remove the fish smell. Thus, no need to add ginger into the skillet.

Wash Polygonatum and soak into water for 1 hour. Wash and clean cordyceps flower and honey dates.

Wash and clean the fish meat. Add oil to a pot and fry ginger until aromatic. Then fry fish fillet until golden brown.

Add water to a skillet, bring to a boil and then add all ingredients into the skillet. Stew over low heat for 2 hours. Season with salt. Serve.
