- 500g fish
- 20g Cordyceps flower
- 30g polygonatum
- 15g honey dates
- 4 ginger slices
Wash Polygonatum and soak into water for 1 hour. Wash and clean cordyceps flower and honey dates.
Wash and clean the fish meat. Add oil to a pot and fry ginger until aromatic. Then fry fish fillet until golden brown.
Add water to a skillet, bring to a boil and then add all ingredients into the skillet. Stew over low heat for 2 hours. Season with salt. Serve.
