1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp water
4 bunches baby bok choy basically, 1 bunch per person

Stir Fried Baby Bok Choy Recipe

The Asian vegetable, Bok Choy, it has a longer leaf and shorter stem. It is the most common ingredients of daily Chinese food.

Simple recipe. The lazy version of this recipe is to cook Baby Bok Choy simply with oil and soy sauce, that’s it!

Wash the bok choy in a water and drain, separate the leaver from the stalks, cut the stalk diagonally and cut the leaves across.

Heat wok in a high heat and add oil, when oil is hot ready, add garlic and stir-fry briefly, for about 30 seconds, add the bok choy by adding the stalks first, and stir fry on high heat for a minute, add the water, salt and sugar and cover the wok to simmer for a few minutes. Stir in the sesame oil, serve and enjoy.
