- 2 garlic clovechopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp water
- 4 bunches baby bok choybasically, 1 bunch per person
Simple recipe. The lazy version of this recipe is to cook Baby Bok Choy simply with oil and soy sauce, that’s it!
Wash the bok choy in a water and drain, separate the leaver from the stalks, cut the stalk diagonally and cut the leaves across.
Heat wok in a high heat and add oil, when oil is hot ready, add garlic and stir-fry briefly, for about 30 seconds, add the bok choy by adding the stalks first, and stir fry on high heat for a minute, add the water, salt and sugar and cover the wok to simmer for a few minutes. Stir in the sesame oil, serve and enjoy.
