Apple Walnut Carp Fish Soup Recipe
A perfect fish soup combines the nutrition of nut, apple, and fish meat. It is suitable for all ages.
1 carp fish
2 ginger slices
Cutting apple into large pieces enables eating it after stewing. Apple contains a lot of magnesium, zinc and other healthy elements. It can make the skin smooth and healthy.
Peel and core apples, then and cut into large pieces. Wash walnut.
Remove fish gills, scales, wash and clean. Add oil to a pot and fry ginger and carp fish. Fry until carp fish golden brown on both sides.
Add water to a stewpot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Then add all ingredients and stew over low heat for 2 hours. Add salt for seasoning. Serve.
