Easy Apple Pork Ribs Soup Recipe

500g pork ribs
20g honey dates
The soup is simple to make and tastes good. Since apple adds a fresh flavor, it won’t be greasy. The taste is light and clear, therefore, no need to add chicken powder.
Chop pork ribs into pieces. Blanch into boiling water until slightly cooked.
Peel and core apple, cut into large pieces. Wash and clean apricot and honey date.
Add water to a stewpot. Bring to a boil, then add all ingredients and simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Add salt for seasoning. Serve.
