Chop pork ribs into pieces. Blanch into boiling water until slightly cooked.

Peel and core apple, cut into large pieces. Wash and clean apricot and honey date.

Add water to a stewpot. Bring to a boil, then add all ingredients and simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Add salt for seasoning. Serve.
