Hasma Lotus Seed Chicken Soup Recipe
This Hasma chicken soup is a great supplement for maintaining daily health. Also, the Hasma and lotus seed are traditional Chinese food therapy ingredients that contribute to our skin beauty.
60g lotus seed
20g red dates
2 ginger slices
1. Make sure clean the Hasma after soaking into the water. It prevents a bad taste of the soup.

Wash chicken, cut in half. Blanch into hot water until slightly cooked.
