Tips
1. Make sure clean the Hasma after soaking into the water. It prevents a bad taste of the soup.
2. Add more ginger slices to make soup taste better.
3. You can season with chicken powder after stewing for a better aroma and taste.

10 minutes | Wash chicken, cut in half. Blanch into hot water until slightly cooked. |
10 minutes | Snow Hasma into the water until expansion, remove dirt and clean. Wash and clean red dates and lotus seeds. |
120 minutes | Add water to a stewpot. Then add all ingredients to the pot. Bring to a boil. Then use low heat to stew for 2 hours. Season with salt. Serve. |
