Tips:

  1. Add enough soup before steaming. Otherwise, the soup has less favor.
  1. Blanch the chicken in the hot water to remove raw meat taste. It removes the blood and bad taste.

Wash and clean black chicken, cut into pieces.

Add water to a skillet. Bring to a boil and add chopped chicken.

Boil until cooked. Remove from heat.

Add cooking oil to the wok and preheat the wok.

Add sliced ginger and onion. Stir-fry until fragrant. Pour into the cooked chicken.

Add a little cooking wine.

Remove the foam.  Add red jujube and Goji.
