Chinese Black Chicken Soup with Goji Soup Recipe
Black Chicken Soup with Goji Soup is a cheap soup but high nutritional value. It is popular among Cantonese area. Its main function is to improve our immune system and good for our skin.
Ingredients
500g chicken meat
100g red jujube
25g goji
20g onions
10g ginger slices
4g chicken powder
3g salt
cooking wine
cooking oil

Tips:
- Add enough soup before steaming. Otherwise, the soup has less favor.
- Blanch the chicken in the hot water to remove raw meat taste. It removes the blood and bad taste.

5 minutes | Wash and clean black chicken, cut into pieces. |
5 minutes | Add water to a skillet. Bring to a boil and add chopped chicken. |
5 minutes | Boil until cooked. Remove from heat. |
5 minutes | Add cooking oil to the wok and preheat the wok. |
5 minutes | Add sliced ginger and onion. Stir-fry until fragrant. Pour into the cooked chicken. |
3 minutes | Add a little cooking wine. |

5 minutes | Add chicken powder, salt and bring to a boil over high heat. |
5 minutes | Remove the foam. Add red jujube and Goji. |
5 minutes | Move all ingredients in the pot into a soup bowl. |
60 minutes | Put into a steamer, cover, and steam for 1 hour. |
5 minutes | Remove from heat and serve. |
