    1. You can replace the noodle with any kind of noodles you like, the taste might be a little different.

    2. Control the cooking time of noodles. The best-cooked noodle should have a chewy and tender mouthfeel.

    Add sesame paste into a bowl. Add a little sesame oil and hot water. Stir into a thin paste. And then add chili oil, light soy sauce, vinegar, chicken powder, white pepper powder, salt. Mix well and make a sesame sauce.

    Add water in a skillet. Bring to a boil and blanch noodles until cooked. Remove noodles to a bowl. Top with sesame oil and mix well.

    Pour the sesame sauce on the noodle. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, minced garlic, and salted radish. Mix well. Serve.
