Chinese Steamed Potato Ball with Sesame Recipe

Tips:

  1. Stir-frying tomato sauce can remove the sour taste and make the dish taste better.
  2. Make the sauce thick enough to coat the potato balls. It can enhance the flavor and taste.

Peel and wash potatoes. Use a small spoon to scoop out the potato balls.

Remove root and old leaves from chives, wash and chop into small pieces.

Steam potato balls over high heat for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat when cooked.

Add oil to the pot and preheat the oil. Add tomato paste and sugar to fried over low heat.  Add chili sauce, stir-fry until fragrant.  Put into the steamed potato ball, season with chicken powder, salt.

Sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds and chopped chives. Serve hot.
