- 2 tablespoons sesame paste
- 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2teaspoon sugar
- 10 Sichuan peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon minced green onions
In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons sesame paste. Stir in water until mix well.
Add peanut butter, oyster sauce, salt, sugar and sesame oil to the sesame paste.
Add 2 tablespoons oil to wok, fry Sichuan peppercorns over low heat until fragrant. Discard fried Sichuan peppercorns. Keep the oil.
Add 1 tablespoon peppercorns oil to sesame paste and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
