Tips
1. You can buy pork blood curd from any Asian market. If you make pork blood curd from blood liquid, make sure to remove the pork’s hair and other dirty things before cooking.
2. Do cook ginger slices for a while before adding pork blood curd. Because ginger water can effectively remove any bad smell of blood curd.
Steps
1 Done 5 minutes | Wash and cut leeks into small strips. Wash bean sprout. |
2 Done 10 minutes | Cut pork blood curd into cubes. |
3 Done 30 minutes | Add water to a skillet and bring to a boil. Add leeks, bean sprout, and ginger slices to cook for 10 minutes. Then add pork blood curd, simmer over low heat until pork blood curd is cooked. Add salt and chicken powder. Serve. |
