Sweet and Sour Fried Pork Recipe
When you mention pineapple dish, Sweet and Sour Fried Pork is the first choice. As a Chinese child, this dish is full of childhood memory.
- Fry meat twice. The first time fry over the medium fire to shape. After that, reduce to low heat to fry until well-done.
- Remove meat from the heat to cool down. Re-heat the oil pot, fry the meat over high heat to make the meat crisp.

Remove from heat and drain.
After meat cool, reheat the oil pan. Add the meat again and fry over high heat for 1 minute, remove and drain the oil.
Remove the oil from the pot. Put ketchup, white vinegar, and sugar into the pot. Then add a little salt.
Use another bowl, mix cornstarch and water. Pour it into the pot. Boil it in a low heat until it thicken.
(you can adjust the suace based on your taste. Add white vinegar if you feel too sweet. Add white sugar if you feel too sour).
Put in sliced pineapple, tomato and green pepper. Stir well and turn off the heat.
Stir to coat each piece of meat with sweet and sour sauce.
