1. You can use any agar jelly for this recipe, such as mung bean agar jelly or pea agar jelly.

2. Spicy is the most important taste of the agar-agar jelly. But do not add too much chili, otherwise, it will cover up the taste of other ingredients.

Preheat the pot. Add oil to fry white sesame until cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.

Peel fried peanuts and crush into pieces.

Cut agar jelly into strips. Chop fresh red chili into small pieces.

Add chili oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, Sichuan pepper powder, chicken powder, sugar, and salt into a bowl.  Then add agar jelly strips. Top with minced garlic paste, chopped fresh red chili, coriander, fried peanuts, and white sesame. Mix well and Enjoy!
