1. The pickled vegetable is salty, thus, do not add too much salt. You can try the taste before adding seasoning.
2. The taste of pickled vegetables is different-some of them are sweet and sour, and some of them are sour and salty. The sweet and sour pickled vegetable is more suitable for this dish, but you can choose the one you like.
Wash lean pork and cut into thick slices. Blanch into boiling water until medium-well.
Soak dried oyster into water. Cut the pickled vegetables into slices.
Add water to a pot. Add water and bring to a boil. Then pour into all ingredients and stew for 2 hours over low heat. Add salt and chicken powder for seasoning. Serve.
