- 500g arrowroot
- 20g red dates
- 1 dried tangerine peel

2. Blanching pork bone enable to remove blood and bad taste.
Steps
1 Done 5 minutes | Wash pork bones and chop them into large pieces. Blanch into boiling water until slightly cooked. |
2 Done 5 minutes | Peel the arrowroot, wash and cut into pieces. Remove date pit from red dates and wash until clean. Soak dried tangerine peel until soft. |
3 Done 180 minutes | Add water to a skillet. Bring to a boil. Cook all ingredients over a small fire for 3 hours. Serve. |
