- 750g pork bones
- 500g arrowroot
- 20g red dates
- 1 dried tangerine peel
Wash pork bones and chop them into large pieces. Blanch into boiling water until slightly cooked.
Peel the arrowroot, wash and cut into pieces. Remove date pit from red dates and wash until clean. Soak dried tangerine peel until soft.
Add water to a skillet. Bring to a boil. Cook all ingredients over a small fire for 3 hours. Serve.
