This is a secret Fruit Tea recipe from HEYTEA, one of the best Chinese tea shop. The taste is not too sweet. It doesn’t have a lot of fruit, but the savor is fresh and comfortable. You may not get used to the apple flavor first, after tasting this fruit tea for a while, you will find the apple slice provide a sweet and sour finishing touch.

Tips

1. Instead of fructose syrup, you can add sugar or honey. Add less sugar if you prefer a less calorie intake.

2. Use a straw to poke kumquat, orange slice, and strawberry slices. It helps fruits juice dissolve into tea.

Cut kumquat into half. Cut lime, lemon, orange, apple and green apple into slices. Cut watermelon into 1cm thick slice. Cut strawberry into half.

Add 200ml oolong tea in a shaker. Add fructose syrup, passionate juice 25ml, and orange juice 25ml.

Add ice cubes until 400ml. Mix with a drink mixer.

Use another cup add 2 kumquats, 3 orange slices, 2 apple slices, 1 green apple slices, 3 watermelon slices, 2 strawberries.
