Add 250g hot water to a cup.

Add 50g cocoa powder into the water and stir continuously.

Add 250g ice cubes. Stir clockwise until ice cubes melt.

Add 100g condensed milk, 100g light cream, and 500g fresh milk into the cocoa water. Stir until all ingredients mix well. Serve or use as an ingredient for cocoa milk beverage.
