Tips
1. To make soup milk-white and aroma, you can fry carp fish with ginger slices until golden brown before stewing. It can make fish meat dissolve into the soup and remove the fishy smell.
2. You can discard the watermelon peel after stewing because it almost dissolves its juice and flavor into the soup. The watermelon peel does not have a good mouthfeel. Thus, only use it for seasoning.
