- 150g corn powder
- 50g cornstarch
- vegetable soup
- fresh red chili
- vegetable oil
- chili oil
- chili powder
- soy sauce
- chicken powder
Mix corn powder and cornstarch. Add a little water and stir into a paste.
Add water to a pot. Bring to a boil. Gradually pour into the paste while still stirring. After boiling, switch to small heat to stew. Stir clockwise until fully mix well.
Cover the pot, bring to a boil. Remove the lid and stir clockwise. Then cover and stew. Repeat the process 3 times until it is fully cooked.
Add cold water to a pot. Spoon the cooked paste and gradually add to a strainer and cool in the water.
Preheat the pot and add vegetable oil to fry chili powder. Pour into vegetable soup. Season with chicken powder and salt to make a sauce.
Remove the fish shape noodle from the water to a bowl. Pour into the sauce, chili oil, soy sauce, vinegar and mix well. Sprinkle with chopped fresh red chili and coriander. Serve.
