Tips

1. Stir-fry over high heat to shorten the cooking time. So it makes sure broccoli is tender and fresh.

2. Oyster sauce is the main seasoning rather than salt. You can add oyster sauce without salt. If you like the strong taste, you can add salt to enhance the flavor.

Wash shrimps and scallops, marinate with cooking wine for 10 minutes. Wash broccoli and break into small pieces.

Saute shrimps and scallops in a frying pan until color changed. Add broccoli, diced green pepper, and red peppers to stir-fry until cooked.
