Vegetable Fish Soup Recipe
You can use most of the vegetables for this fish soup. The soup taste is well-designed with the pork bone. And dried tangerine peel brings a light sweet taste and remove fish smell.
300g pork bones
20g honey dates
1 dried tangerine peel
1. The dried tangerine peel can help to remove the fish smell and blood taste of pork bone. Or you can add ginger slices to cover the taste.
2. You can blanch pork bones before simmering to make sure no blood taste.
Wash and clean vegetables. Soak honey dates and dried tangerine peel until soft, then wash and clean.
Remove the scale and organs of the fish. Cut pork bone into pieces.
Add water to a skillet, bring to a boil. Put all ingredients into the pot and simmer for 1.5 hours. Season with salt. Serve.
