Chop pork ribs into small pieces. Blanch until cooked.

Peel the skin of lotus root, wash and cut into thick slices. Soak Rehmannia and black fungus for 1 hour. Wash and rinse honey dates.

Add water to a stew pot. Add all ingredients and use a small fire to cook for 2.5 hours. Add salt and chicken powder. Serve.
