- 350g sweet potatoes
- 25g rock sugar
- 5g ginger
Wash sweet potato, peel and cut into small pieces. Wash and slice ginger into pieces.
Soak sweet potato into the water soak for 1 hour. Change the water at least 3 times. Remove from water and drain.
Add water to a stew pot. Add ginger slices. Bring to a boil. Add sweet potato and rock sugar. Stew over small heat for 10-15 minutes. Serve.
