- 250g rice flour
- 100g glutinous rice flour
- 150g fresh aiye leaves
- 250g bean paste
Wash fresh Aiye leaves. Add to hot water to cook Aiye leaves. Allow to cool, then put into a food processor to blend into pieces.
Fully mix rice flour and glutinous rice flour. Put into Aiye leaves. Add hot water and stir evenly. Make it into a dough.
Knead the dough knead evenly, divide into small doughs. Stuff with bean paste and make them into rice balls.
Add water to a skillet. Bring to a boil. Steam the rice roll for 20 minutes.
