Black Sesame Red Bean Quail Soup Recipe
The soup is light sweet with a health supplement function. Compared to chicken soup, this quail soup is fresh and tender. And it is easier to absorb the nutrition for health purpose.
20g black sesame
50g red bean
15g honey dates
1. If you can add more ginger slices if you don’t blanch quail before simmering.
2. Cut quail into large pieces to make meat softener and dissolve more nutrition into the soup.
Wash red beans, black sesame, longan, and then soak into the water. Rinse and clean honey dates.
Remove quail’s hair and organs. Wash and clean. Blanch into boiling water to remove the blood and bad smell.
Add water to a skillet. Boil and add all ingredients to simmer over small heat for 3 hours. Add salt for seasoning.
