Tips

1. If you use a small baking oven, then roast for 5 minutes. For a large oven, roast for 3 minutes.

2. Cut bacon into thin slices, so that you don’t turn it over during roasting. If you prefer a burnt flavor of bacon, you can turn the rolled sausage over after 3 minutes and then continue to roast for 1 minute.

Preheat the baking oven until 200 degrees. Cut bacon into half and put on the baking pan. Roast bacon for 3 minutes.

Cut cheese into slices. Put the cheese slices on the bacon. Then place sausage on the cheese slices. Roll up the sausage with cheese and bacon.

Put the rolled sausage at a dry, cool place. Allow it cool to room temperature.

Put tinfoil on the baking pan. Then put the rolled sausage on it.

Roast the sausage into the baking oven over 200 degrees for 3 minutes.

Remove the sausage from the oven and sprinkle chili powder and cumin powder for seasoning. Serve.
