- 100 grams rock sugar

1 Done 5 minutes | Wash hawthorn. Cut in half and remove the kernel. Set aside. |
2 Done 5 minutes | Soak agar-agar until soft. Add a little water to cook until melt. Set aside. |
3 Done 5 minutes | Add water to a skillet. Bring to a boil and stew hawthorn until soft. |
4 Done 5 minutes | Switch to small heat to stew. Stir occasionally until becoming a little sticky. |
5 Done 5 minutes | Add rock sugar into the pot, stir until melted. |
6 Done 5 minutes | Pour agar-agar into the pot, cook and stir until hawthorn paste can stick on the spoon. |
7 Done 5 minutes | Remove hawthorn paste from the pot. Allow cooling. Use a blender to blend into small pieces. |
8 Done 5 minutes | Pour the hawthorn paste into a mold. When it is set, from the mold and serve. |
