Tips

No need to add chicken powder, because the platycladi seed and polygonum multiflorum have their own Chinese spice aroma. The soup has a deep color and a strong Chinese medical aroma.

Wash lean pork and cut into thick slices.

Soak platycladi seed, polygonum multiflorum, and Rehmannia seed into water. then rinse and clean. Wash and core honey dates.

Add water to a pot. Bring to a boil. Add all ingredients and stew with low heat for 3 hours. Add salt for seasoning.
