- 350g glutinous rice flour
- 150g rice flour
- 500g red bean paste
- 10g yeast
- vegetable oil
- sesame oil

Steps
1 Done 30 minutes | Fully mix glutinous rice flour, rice flour, and yeast. Stir and gradually add water. Knead the dough. Wrap with plastic film to fermentation for about 30 minutes. |
2 Done 5 minutes | Sperate the dough into small doughs. And then round, press to flat and stuff with red bean paste. Gently press again to make a small round cake. |
3 Done 5 minutes | Add oil and preheat the pot. Fry small round cakes until cooked. Remove and drain oil. |
4 Done 5 minutes | Add sesame oil and fry the cakes. Turnover occasionally and fry until golden brown on both sides. Drain oil. Serve. |
