- 25g black sesame
- 40g lard
- 50g sugar
- osmanthus sugar

Steps
1 Done 30 minutes | Add glutinous rice flour into the pot. Add warm water to make a dough. Let it sit for 25 minutes. |
2 Done 5 minutes | Preheat the pot, add black sesame to fry until cooked. |
3 Done 5 minutes | Add fried black sesame into the food processor, blend into a powder. |
4 Done 5 minutes | Wash lard and cut into pieces. Add black sesame powder and osmanthus sugar to the lard. Mix well to make as the stuffing. |
5 Done 5 minutes | Knead the dough evenly and divide it into small doughs. Stuff with black sesame mixture. Knead to glutinous rice dumplings. |
6 Done 10 minutes | Add water to a skillet. Add black sesame sweet dumplings. Simmer over low heat until dumplings float. Add osmanthus sugar for seasoning. Serve. |
