- 250g rice flour
- 25g black sesame
- 40g lard
- 50g sugar
- osmanthus sugar
Add glutinous rice flour into the pot. Add warm water to make a dough. Let it sit for 25 minutes.
Preheat the pot, add black sesame to fry until cooked.
Add fried black sesame into the food processor, blend into a powder.
Wash lard and cut into pieces. Add black sesame powder and osmanthus sugar to the lard. Mix well to make as the stuffing.
Knead the dough evenly and divide it into small doughs. Stuff with black sesame mixture. Knead to glutinous rice dumplings.
Add water to a skillet. Add black sesame sweet dumplings. Simmer over low heat until dumplings float. Add osmanthus sugar for seasoning. Serve.
