- 250g rice cake
- 150g lettuce
- red peppers
- vegetable oil
Wash lettuce and cut into strips. Wash red pepper, then dice into pieces. Cut rice cakes into slices.
Preheat the pot, add oil to fry red pepper until fragrant.
Add lettuce to stir-fry until its color changed. Add rice cake slices to cook until slightly golden brown. Season with salt. Serve.
