Kelp and Green Beans Pork Ribs Soup Recipe
This pork ribs soup is a perfect calcium supplement. After adding kelp, the soup has a good combination of vegetables and meat. It is a healthy soup for everyday meals.
600g pork ribs
60g green beans
25g honey dates
1. Add 3-5 ginger slices to remove the bad taste of kelp and seaweed.
2. Add a little vinegar before stewing can accelerate the dissolving of the nutrition.
Chop pork ribs into small pieces. Blanch into boiling water until cooked.
Soak green beans, kelp, and seaweed into the water for 1 hour. Then rinse and clean. Wash and core the honey dates.
Add water into a stew pot. Add all ingredients and stew with a small fire for 2 hours. Add salt for seasoning. Serve.
