Tips

1. You can use any marinade sauce, such as Korean barbecue sauce, LaoGanMa, sweet chili sauce or honey juice.

2. If you use a small oven, roast for 15 minutes to make sure the wings are cooked.

3. The marinating  the chicken wings can be stored into a fridge for 48 hours. The longer you marinate, the stronger cheese flavour it has.

Wash and clean chicken wings. Split a chicken wing into two parts.

Make two cuts on each part.

Add 100g water and 100g barbecue power as the marinade.

Marinate the chicken wings for 24 hours.

Remove chicken wings from marinade. Insert cheese slices into the cut of chicken wings. You can store the chicken wing into a fridge. Take it out when you ready to roast it.

Preheat the baking for 10 minutes. Place a tin foil on the baking pan to prevent the meat to stick on the pan.

When the oven reaches 200℃. Roast chicken wings for 10 minutes.

Remove chicken wings from the oven. Put barbecue powder and marinade sauce on the wings and roast chicken wings for another 3 minutes. After roasting, top with chili powder before serving. Serve.
